The 1013883 Water Modulating Valve and Bulbwell kit replaces the old 10091866 water modulating valve, which is now obsolete. The 1013883 kit only needs to be purchased once when initially replacing the old style 10091866 Water modulating valve. The kit contains the 1013874 Water Modulating Valve and the 1013875 Bulbwell. If replacing the original 10091866 Water Modulating valve both the new 1013874 Water Modulating Valve and Bulbwell will be needed, as the new valve will not fit into the older bulbwell used for the obsolete 10091866 Water Modulating Valve, both of these items are included in this kit. Once the initial replacement has been made and the new valve and bulbwell have been installed, subsequent replacements will need only the 1013874 Water Modulating Valve, also offered here individually.
