Our Customer Service Team will process orders, help determine what parts you need, answer questions, or help resolve issues you may have.
Normal business hours are 7:30AM to 4:30PM Central Time. After hours emergency help is also available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
The Customer Care Department is available for ordering spare parts, parts price inquiries, customer inquiries, and providing general information pertaining to customer service and spare parts issues. They may be reached at 800-826-9274.

Technical Service is available for technical information, installation assistance, application questions, training, and service of equipment.
Emergency Technical Service
Technical Service representatives are on-call during non-business hours to handle emergency technical questions and help with troubleshooting. Calls are routed to technical service personnel via an answering service. Technicians can be reached Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, and Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
